Located on the second floor of a building with elevator access, it covers an area of 30 square meters. The apartment has a double bedroom, with night tables and reading lamps. Bed clothes and towels are included. For your relaxation, there is a 26" LCD TV Satellite TV with 60 channels in 8 languages, Wi-Fi Internet connection, air conditioning and heating system.
The living room is spacious and nice and has a sofa-bed, a coffee table and lamps.

The kitchen, on the lower floor and not directly connected with the upper floor, is new and has everything you need to enjoy a meal in the apartment including kitchenware, fridge, toaster, microwave, juice squeezer, coffee maker and vitroceramic hobs.
The bathroom has a shower with hydro-massage column, hair dryer, , basin and a sink. Please notice that to access to the bathroom you need to cross by the single bedroom.
